In response to Miriam, the Jazz Blogger at Large, we'd like to advise coffee connoisseurs that if you request "a big macchiato" in Wangaratta you are likely to be given directions a large golden M! However, if anyone would like to donate some Barista training to our young and enthusiastic hospitality workers, those in the Wang Jazz office would be grateful because then we could confidently order our morning brew using the word "cappucino" instead of having to say "a coffee with two thirds milk, froth on top and sprinkled with powdered chocolate".
