What shows can I buy a reserved seat for?
A Reserved seat/s can be booked for concerts in the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre, Theatre only; you need to book a Festival Pass or Day Pass at the same time.
You can book a table at the Pinsent Hotel if you book in for lunch or dinner (meaning reservations are only made if buying a meal).
Access to other venues is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Where can I grab a meal while enjoying the music?
You can dine at the Pinsent Hotel and Cafe Maritni during shows.
There are food and drink vendors within Reid St, Blues Marquee, Jazz On Ovens and Hot Jazz Cafe (Cathedral Lawn) and inside WPAC throughout the festival weekend.
Meals are also available at all Monday Jazz Event venues.
Where can I get accommodation?
Check the Wangaratta Information Centre or the Homestay section of this website.
Please keep in mind that accommodation within Wangaratta during this weekend is very limited and is usually booked well inadvanced. Other options to consider may be accommodation outside Wangaratta, homestay, buses (check local companies as they may be offering special deals) or car pooling (designated driver).

Where do I collect my tickets?
Booking on line - A booking receipt will be emailed to you at the time of purchase, however wristbands will be posted to you in the first week of October via registered post.
Purchases made after October 18 can be collected from box office.
Mail orders will be sent via registered mail (Aust Post).
This option will not be available after Thursday 27 October 2011.
In Person Pre Festival - from the Wangaratta Perfoming Arts centre (WPAC) Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm.
In Person During the Festival - from the festival Box Office at the Wangaratta Governement Centre, Crrn Ford and Ovens St.

No BYO alcohol allowed in or at any venue.
Can I buy tickets at the venues?
Only at the Festival Box Office at Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre (WPAC).
Session passes only available at the Pinsent Hotel and Cafe Martini.
Lockout?
Lockout operates in the Alpine MDF Theatre at the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre and at St Patrick's Hall, only during the semi-finals and finals of the National Jazz Awards. Patrons may not enter the venue until each finalist has completed their set of three compositions. Otherwise, patrons may choose to enter and leave the venue as required, BUT are asked to be mindful of other patrons and performers, and only to move to/from seats during a suitable break in the performance.
