Transport Options:

Car

Wangaratta is accessed via the Hume Freeway. Drive time is approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne, 4.5 hours from Canberra, 7 hours from Sydney and approximately 40 minutes from Albury.

Train

Melbourne to Sydney train and bus services operate through Wangaratta. Contact your nearest rail service for details. V-line Train Timetables

Fly

Domestic flights from Melbourne and Sydney fly to Albury (40min drive). Charter flights operate into Wangaratta airport. Rental cars, buses and taxi services are available.

Buses

Cullen's Bus Lines, Wangaratta run charters on Saturday and Sunday, same day pick up and drop off from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station. However due to a poor response, this service will not be running in 2011.

Weekend Courtesy Buses

The festival offer free courtesty bus travel throughout the weekend, including inbetween Monday Jazz venues.
